  • If purchasing a phone reading, please provide your mobile phone number when purchasing (Australian customers only)

  • If purchasing an email reading, please provide your email address when purchasing.

*If you choose an Email Reading, you will have 48 hours to ask up to 5 clarifying questions. We want to make sure you get as much out of this service as you would a phone reading. You must email us within 48 hours from when the email is sent to you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations for Tarot Readings made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable, including same-day cancellations and missed appointments.

You may request to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

For cancellations or rescheduling, email admin@soulmapcollective.com. If we cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
